Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. To exercise this right, email support@voyagesome.com or use our contact form and clearly state that you wish to withdraw. Include your order number.

After notifying us, send the goods back within 14 days. We will provide the correct order-specific return label and destination. Return destinations vary by product and warehouse. Do not send products to our legal/contact address or directly to a supplier unless we instruct you to do so in writing.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect goods as you would in a physical shop. Please return them with their accessories, labels, and packaging where reasonably possible. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost. When we offer an order-specific prepaid label, its cost normally equals the original standard shipping charge shown for that order. We will confirm the amount before you accept the label, and it may be deducted from your refund with your agreement. Voyagesome covers reasonable return costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

We will reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing, perishable goods, and other exclusions provided by applicable law. Any product-specific exclusion will be shown before purchase.

Faulty goods and legal guarantee

Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the withdrawal right and remain unaffected. Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where useful so that we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
