Where we deliver
Voyagesome currently delivers to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands and Sweden. Select your country in the store before ordering so availability, currency and checkout information are shown correctly.
How orders are delivered
Products are dispatched by our fulfilment partners to the delivery address entered at checkout. If an order contains products fulfilled from different locations, the items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.
Delivery estimates
Most supported destinations are estimated at 3–8 business days after processing. The estimate shown for an individual product or at checkout takes priority. Delivery can vary by destination, product availability, carrier conditions and unusually busy periods.
Shipping charges
Available shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout before payment. Charges vary by destination, product and whether an order requires more than one parcel.
Tracking and delivery help
Tracking information is sent when it becomes available. Please check the delivery address carefully before ordering. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact Voyagesome with your order number so we can investigate.
